Birth Doula

  • FREE consultation in person or online

  • 2-3 in-home prenatal meetings to go over birth preferences, comfort measures, and answer questions

  • A customized birth plan written for you

  • On-call from 37 weeks of pregnancy until delivery

  • Constant support via text, phone call, or email as long as I'm your doula

  • In-person support during labor, including up to an hour after delivery (this can be longer if necessary)

  • In-home postpartum check-in

  • Provide resources if needed


Cost: $1200
(Please reach out if you cannot afford this so we can try to work something out)

I am also a TDN (The Doula Network) Doula for those with Medicaid. Feel free to ask me about this option!

What a birth doula can do:

  • provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy and labor

  • helps you overcome your fears

  • suggest comfort measures and position changes during labor

  • lends a listening ear

  • offers reassurance and encouragement

  • supports the birth partner

  • and more

What a birth doula doesn't do:

  • give medical advice

  • perform medical procedures

  • prescribe medication

  • speak for you (we help you advocate for yourself)

  • make decisions for you

  • pressure you

  • replace the birth partner

  • judge you

Benefits of a birth doula include:

  • decreased use of pain meds/epidural

  • decrease in the risk of low APGAR scores
