You can be as involved as you want, or you can choose to get some rest, eat, shower, etc.

**I currently only offer daytime postpartum support. If you need overnight support, I can refer you to some amazing postpartum doulas.

Cost: $25/hr

The months after a baby is born look different for every family. My goal is to help support you during this time in whatever way you need. Here, I've provided some general tasks, but we can discuss others as well.

What A Postpartum Doula Can Do:

What A Postpartum Doula Doesn't Do:
  • give medical advice

  • perform medical procedures

  • prescribe medication

  • make decisions for you

  • pressure you

  • judge you
